RSCM Tulsa Course Calendar

DAILY SCHEDULE 

The schedule for the course week is full.  There will be a good deal of rehearsal time each day as well as time for play and community building.  Also, worship is a big part of each day with Eucharist, Evensong, and Compline.  Below is a sample of the schedule for a day in the course week: 

 In general, rehearsals in the mornings are for the youth participants.  Adults are invited to observe these rehearsals.  There will be an optional House rehearsal for adults each morning.  Afternoon and evening rehearsals are required for all participants, youth and adult. 
 

SERVICES & EVENTS
 

Families and friends are invited and encouraged to attend daily services throughout the week.

Saturday, July 19          5:30 PM, Dinner, Twin Towers Dining Hall

*University of Tulsa campus (Building 54).  Use north entrance. Parking is located just north of Twin Towers, accessible from S. Evanston.

6:30 PM, Talent Show, Tyrrell Hall, Auditorium

University of Tulsa campus (Building 30).  Convenient parking is located just south, and southwest, of Tyrrell Hall and accessed from S. Evanston.
